A concept design, soil mechanics and other tests, demolition and building permit drawings, approval and detailed designs for utility replacements, construction documentation and plot formation documentation were prepared under the project, and the design engineer’s supervision was also a contractual obligation. Our Company carried out geotechnical tests and designed water supply, sewage removal, storm water drainage, gas supply, heating, power supply and telecommunications facilities, a tramway with catenaries and accessories, and roads with traffic engineering systems in connection with the reconstruction of the square and the provision of supply to the new facilities.
